Eligibility for Exchange and Return

To be eligible for an exchange or return, please ensure the following:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The item is in its original, unused, and unworn condition.
  • All original tags, certificates, packaging, and accessories are intact.
  • The product is secured in its original packaging.
  • A copy of the purchase receipt or confirmation is included.

Exchange Process

  • Item exchange: Item exchanges are free for the first request. Notify us within 7 days if you’re not satisfied with the item, and the process will be completed within 5-7 working days.
  • Exchanges are limited to once per order and applicable only to that particular item.

Return Process

  • The returned item’s value will be credited as a store credit to your “My Account” section. Products purchased using store credit are not eligible for a second return.
  • Reverse pickups are limited to one per order. 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products purchased during SALE or promotional events.
  • Custom-made, engraved, or personalized items.
  • Items marked as non-returnable in the product description.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product:
  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images of the product and packaging.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or process a refund as per your preference.

Important Notes

  • We do not offer a “Money Refund” policy.
  • Returns or exchanges that do not meet the policy guidelines may be declined.
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
